The SCEA Board of Directors identified the following three areas as priorities for 2007-2008: Membership, Benefits, AR's, & Communication.

1. Continue to increase membership over the previous year.

2. Supply handouts for ESPs stating benefits of joining SCEA .

1. Increase pay.

2. 60/80/90.

3. Health Insurance.

4. Standardize and clarify administration time to ensure teachers have time to work in the classrooms.
